`frozen/` retired; received work becomes line content

The four frozen trees move into the research lines they belong to and become agent-consolidated: ordinary content whose norm is that it is not tweaked. tests/check_frozen.py and the frozen-integrity job are retired.

The trade, so it is visible rather than implicit. The freeze bought three things: a stable citable path, a record of what each tree was when received, and protection against an agent quietly rewriting the corpus. Only the third needed a wall — the first two need a receipt, which is what each tree's ORIGIN.md now is. What the wall cost was that every legitimate change, including both scrub rounds, had to go through a manifest procedure, and material that is the starting point of ongoing work was structurally forbidden from being worked on. The failure the wall aimed at is one that the path gate, review, and git history already make visible. Keep the receipts; drop the wall.

The move changed no bytes: all four trees recomputed to their intake digests after git mv. The consolidation's self-verification job stays, retargeted and renamed consolidation-verification — it is the piece of the apparatus that carried real information, since it says whether the results still verify in a current environment.
