the repository is the lab; the wiki is the human register

The repository holds experiment reports, priorities, contribution rules, checkers, CI, specifications, and registries. Program interpretation, architecture, vocabulary, and roadmap live in the GitHub wiki. The wiki is maintainer-register content: contributors and dispatched agents neither read it for instructions nor write it without a direct dispatch. The maintainer's dispatch of the wikification round authorizes the wiki edits in that round.

Per-deliverable FOR_HUMANS.md files are removed after their usable content is mined for the wiki; each affected round README points to the corresponding wiki section. The agent-consolidated consolidation-aug9/FOR_HUMANS.md and INTERPRETATION.md remain intact with a superseded-by pointer. That pointer is the only edit to their content, made because a live epistemic pointer is permitted for agent-consolidated records and prevents the frozen interpretation from presenting as current.

The deference roadmap, prose vocabulary table, paper-arc ledger, and dispatch queue are reduced to live pointers. Their exact specifications and statements of record remain in the lab; interpretation and sequencing move to the wiki, while registered state and filed priorities are queried from the repository's structured state. This edits documents previously designated to govern the line because that designation would otherwise make them competing living views.
