answerability continuity is not a conjunct of legitimate succession

agent-decided, reversible. A record in which an authority is transferred to another principal under a licensed schema, and the episode the transfer ended is never answered, satisfies every authority-side condition: the standing keeps its identifier, its payload and its predecessors, because applyEffect is the identity on a Transfer, and it is derivable against every challenge. Only the holder moved, and only the account is outstanding.

Adding answerability continuity to the succession relation would refuse that case, in which nothing about the authority is wrong. The account layer is therefore separate data with its own two axioms, and a recognizing process that wants an answerable counterparty reads it as a second condition rather than getting it inside the first.

Rejected alternative: a single relation conjoining the two, which is what the dispatch's §4 proposed as a candidate ingredient.
