the enforcement charge is the safety layer's own quantity

agent-decided, reversible. The first pass of the end-to-end slice computed sum_omega max_j d_j(omega) over the excluded worlds and called it the exclusion depth, then applied the liability formula to it. That is neither LiveDeficitCertificate's sharp aggregate — max_omega sum_j d_j(omega) — nor its conservative one, and it is not a quantity any theorem here mentions.

The slice now imports enforcement, deduction, outflow and force_api from the traderized-enforcement round and calls them. It computes no liability quantity of its own, and test_safety.py pins that the billed figure is the certificate's and that it differs from the withdrawn one. Rejected alternative: keeping a slice-local quantity under a distinct name, which would have left two numbers a reader could confuse for the price of force.

The repair changed a conclusion, not only an implementation. The first pass reported that a fixed injunction gets cheaper as the record settles. That holds at a fixed day and fails across days, because the precision-k reading of a value is ceil(x*k)/k and is not monotone in k; the counterexample is in src/trajectories.py and the claim is withdrawn in the round's README.md.
