a grounding certificate is about origin, not currentness

agent-decided, reversible. The grounding theorem ranges over what the replay has ever admitted, not over what is in force. A tree is built from grounds, and disposals are not grounds, so it structurally cannot witness that nothing later removed the occurrence.
The previous certificate conflated the two by requiring the occurrence to be live before building a tree, and so answered a currentness question with a lineage object. Both consumers turn out to need currentness, so this is a cost the interface now states rather than hides: a current-state claim needs a replay, a commitment plus a delta proof, or an attestation.
Rejected alternative: keeping the liveness check inside the certificate, which made the object look cheaper than it is.
