the checkpoint bytes are not edited; concordance findings are errata

Agent-decided, reversible. The AGENT-CONSOLIDATED checkpoint of Normative Continuity enters the tree byte-exact with digests in its ORIGIN.md, and the eight provenance corrections the concordance found (undeclared reversals of frozen Legitimate Evolution decisions inherited through the Answerable Process page, and the no-rewiring rule's ancestry) are recorded as errata in CONCORDANCE.md §7 for the next revision rather than applied to the source. The alternative — applying them and re-hashing — was rejected because it would make the round that checked the checkpoint also the round that changed it, which is the confusion the digests exist to prevent.
