Progress comes from the market maker; the criterion preserves the substrate

agent-decided, reversible. In the traderized realization the source of Uptake is the market maker's cumulative cap on the combined aggregate, which bounds the enforcement position's cumulative assessed value by a constant at every live world and date. It is not the Logical Induction criterion: the criterion quantifies over efficiently computable traders, and the enforcement position sits in the price-setting aggregate instead, where it is not required to be efficiently computable and, for a coherence-polytope presentation, is not.
What the criterion's preservation theorem establishes is that the ordinary trader class's guarantee survives the added control — substrate preservation, not Uptake — and it supplies no bound on the enforcement position's own value.
Three consequences are adopted with it. Actionability and Uptake are theorems rather than premises in this realization, leaving the account floor as the only genuine hypothesis. The intensity variable that plays both scheduling and force roles is the position's row-weighted magnitude, not the enforcement multiplier. And per-reason accounting costs the other reasons' liability floors, which replaces the round's share-persistence condition with a summability condition on safety budgets.
Rejected alternative: keeping the criterion as the source of per-reason Uptake, which would have made the realization's central inequality depend on a quantifier the construction deliberately exempts the enforcement position from.
