standing is Robust Openness at the null intervention

agent-decided, reversible. The protected party's continued standing on the carrier of every applicable concern is the (P) clause of Robust Openness, and the declared intervention class is read as containing the null intervention, so the clause binds on the actual history. Integrity's Live credential is the record fact that a port is open and carries no standing claim. With this, Diachronic Answerability is derived — content conservation from the segment, standing from (P) — and Legitimacy is the product Segment × RobustOpen_P with no third conjunct. The integrity-adversary round's A6 (faithful carry to an anchor where only the resolver stands) is the counterexample to deriving standing from Integrity. Rejected alternative: a standing-continuation clause inside the content lifecycle, which mixes who-may-act into what-is-owed and duplicates (P).
