the canonical legitimacy predicate may name a designated principal role

Maintainer ruling, taken in conversation and landed by the consolidation round. A legitimacy predicate may presuppose a designated protected participant. The mathematics offers no party-free alternative — a structural condition quantifying over all coalitions is defeated by the alternating walk, and the coalition-indexed repair is unsatisfiable at C = A unless some participant sits outside every coalition — and the legitimate-deference stack already presupposes the role: the evaluation requirement anchors a principal role identity, binding is principal-exclusive, and Robust Openness is stated for a declared principal or relation. The role identity is anchored; its holder changes only by authorized succession, which is a LocalLaw in the account. Rejected alternative: a purely structural, party-free predicate, which does not exist.
