standing violations with taint-tracked fruits: a violation is charged at every block its fruits are used until remedied

Maintainer decision, formalized and landed by the BRIA-corrigibility follow-up. A violation stands from commission until remedied — undone, ratified by a counted decision of hers, or restored under a maintenance mandate; while it stands the disposition of its fruits is a matter of J held by her, and a continuation that uses them is exploiting them under the authority module's factoring, counted at each block of use. Fruits are tracked through state components on the declared interface, not by counterfactual dependence (BRIAFollowup.taintStep, taintAfter, uses; decidable on finite instances, Witness.taint_decides): a violating act taints what it writes, an act reading a tainted component taints what it writes, a remedy clears. Each block of use is charged at least ℓ = ϖ − D + w whatever advantage the fruits carry, so an advantage carried by tracked fruits recovers nothing (cross_block_blocked), remedy stops the charge and self-reporting is incentive-compatible (remedy_stops_charge, violate_then_report_loses), and manipulated ratification is not a remedy (manipulated_ratification_not_remedy). Disclosure cures is the instance for her standards (implant_standing); a helper she cannot halt is a standing shortfall charged every block, the settlement horizon a hypothesis for helpers she can correct only. The residual is knowledge (knowledge_residual); tracking the observation channel charges every later block until a reset (observation_taints_all) and meets the agent's indifference in tainted worlds, out of scope. Rejected alternatives: counterfactual dependence as the definition of fruits (1b); charging commission only (the round's cross-block witness).
