Box 2's margin is `ϖ − (D − w_lo)`; the landed `ϖ − D` is the case of legitimate mediated branches (R5)

Maintainer ruling on the round's check, landed by the phase-2 round. The landed policy_dominance assumes the mediated branch's ordinary value is nonnegative — that every mediated branch is legitimate. Under the band the mediated branch may itself be compromised and score as low as w_lo, so the margin is restated as ϖ − (D − w_lo) with the hypothesis w_lo ≤ ordT (Headline.box2_dominance), positive exactly under the window condition, and optimal policies violate with credence zero under it (box2_optimal_faithful); the landed statement is kept as the legitimate case (box2_dominance_legitimate). Restating was chosen over an explicit "mediated branches legitimate" hypothesis because the band already guarantees the floor unconditionally and the design does not guarantee her uncompromised. Rejected alternative: keeping ϖ − D with legitimacy of the mediated branches as a hypothesis.
