the fidelity score of a history is the mean of the per-decision evaluations less `ϖ` times the summed count (R4)

2026-09-27 · settled · DECISIONS.md line 5782

Maintainer ruling, landed by the phase-2 round. The hierarchy is a theorem per decision (hierarchy_under_certainty) and, under this aggregation, per history (Headline.history_hierarchy). With summed evaluations it fails: K legitimate decisions with one violation score K·D − ϖ against K·w_lo for K compromised violation-free ones, and the violating history wins once K (D − w_lo) > ϖ (Headline.summed_counterexample). Rejected alternative: summed evaluations.
