Maintainer ruling, taken in conversation and landed by the thin-legitimacy round. The four thick components sort by where they act (inside her trajectory: Integrity, authorship; at its boundary: Robust Openness, transparency) and by what they rule out (something lost: Integrity, Robust Openness; something extraneous getting in: authorship, transparency). The thin level is stated so that each thin notion is one clear mathematical property. The thin counterpart of Robust Openness is an open question; for now its justification is intuitive. Adoption of the structure is contingent on the mathematics of the round's Part A, reported in its REPORT.md.
