Entitlement. WarrantInductor.Admission is split into Origin (provenance: the exposed obligation occurrence a warrant realizes) and Entitlement O G Expresses (the origin exposed, admitted by Protocol.Admitted at the boundary's history, its account carrying a live leaf, and the form expressing the origin's anchor under the declared relation). The theorem's provenance conclusion says every enforced substantive row is an entitled survivor's. Verdict licensing (Licensed) is not a prerequisite of enforcement: a licence to select a verdict is not authority to introduce a constraint, and the dispatch asked that the two not be conflated. Rejected alternatives: keeping Admission under its name with provenance as its only content — a label for an arbitrary origin map; and requiring a verdict licence for every enforced row, for which no substantive reason was found. The liveness condition is queued above (Awaiting the author).

The compile outcome. compileAt takes the compiler's CompileResult and its outcome is idle, enforced or withheld with the result carried; the obligations present are the state's bundle in every case (outcome_obligations); a withheld date trades nothing; a valid conflict certificate refutes the region (conflict_region_empty); a dropped service's transport mass moves to the residual (AdapterProtocol.residual_restrict). Rejected alternative: a second conflict theory for warrants — the composition module's CompileResult and farkas_sound are reused as the dispatch asked.

One interface, two realizations. The projection enforcer (distance defect) and the rowwise enforcer (per-row tolerance, certificate-mass transport, displayed inadequate excess) are two realizations of one interface — a public defect and certified bounds on the response-relevant functionals, consumed by Evaluation.progress_bound through PracticalUptake — and both are retained. Rejected alternative: retiring the projection realization; no mathematical reason exists (item 125 is the missing constant between the two guarantees).

Scenario B's reading. The gate's reversal at date 9 is reported as following the pinned price of the refuted conclusion under the unchanged adequate set, with the adequacy question after the refutation left open. Rejected alternative: re-declaring the adequate set at date 9 to make refraining adequate — the dispatch's "do not force a behavioral reversal by changing the declared adequate set".

Theorem numbering, contained. wiki/Theorem-Spine.md carried two Theorems 7.3; the odds bankroll is 7.4, rebuttal by settlement 7.5, the consolidated theorem 7.6. No page cited the duplicated numbers.
