dischargetags by one stated reading rule (projects/enabling/rounds/2026-10-24-site-vertical-slice/CONNECTIONS.md), including one tag of restates the conclusion on the licence chain's Supported clause. A human reading of each is theattributionevent on the bridge and the vetting the protocol asks for; none was written. Turns on: whether the formalizer's reading of each gap and each tag stands — a reading of the mathematics that only a human event can turn from drafted to vetted.
