- The informal claims the round filed where none existed (2026-10-24). Three of the five connections found no node stating the claim the result establishes, so the round filed one each from the wiki page and the round report that state it:
verdict-licence-chain,split-bill-is-robust-openness,local-delegation-bridge; the other two use existing nodes (traderized-finite-date-conformance,effective-authority-layer). Each new claim is the first goal of a programme that had none (openness-and-non-capture,deference-finite-results) or a new goal of one. Turns on: whether each sentence is the claim its owner would state, and whether a programme's first goal should be the claim a theorem happens to establish — a maintainer's placement.
