- Where the answerability layer's code lives. The theory is authoritative in
projects/normativity/consolidation-aug9/and the only implementation is inprojects/normativity/forward/, whose ownFORWARD.mdsays the tree may be deleted wholesale at any time. Three options, their costs, and the round that has already paid one of them:PRIORITIES.md, Workspace friction. Turns on: whether the program means to keep building on that layer. Promoting the code to a stable path earns its maintenance only if it will be imported again, and nothing in the repository says whether it will be.
