- Whether one-shot verdicts are wanted from a synthesis. Every guarantee of the minimum is an asymptotic average; the suite marks one-shot rows invisible rather than scoring them by a proxy, and the counterfactual-dependence register is the stronger target S2. Turns on: whether the program's decision-theory line aims at the classical one-shot problems at all, which is where the field's disagreements live and where no candidate in the audit has a theorem.
