- Who sets the block schedule, and whether bidders may request horizons. The LI/BRIA specification round takes the system-scheduled, non-dominant schedule of continuation BRIA as the default: every commitment representable is one that pays within a block the system opened. Turns on: whether the program wants agents that choose how long to commit — bidder-chosen horizons and an allocation rule for duration (
