Item 116: The record as reason trace: what it mediates, the defect, and the port's duplicate

Deference line — second wave · difficulty entry · project normativity · closed · node item-116

Three things Part C of the warrant-enforcement-semantics round made visible and did not pursue. (a) The record mediates the docket and the enforcer's position and not the price (WarrantEntitlement.RecordFixture.docket_mediated, price_not_mediated); the public defect d_s of P2 is price-derived and so not in the record either — decide whether the record carries the defect, and whether transparency over a market run is stated on the record or on the run. (b) The inductor-as-principal question: whether Licensed's "authorized event" for a certificate issued by the market's own enforcer is a record fact or the market's. (c) Housekeeping: Part 0 ported the seed statics' declarations into WarrantEntitlement.lean; when PR #102 (round/2026-09-16-seed-statics) lands they exist twice, and one copy must be removed with the other's names retargeted.

Deliverable shape: (a) and (b) as filed positions with fixtures; (c) a deletion. Acceptance check: Lean green after (c). Context: .../2026-10-20-warrant-enforcement-semantics/RECORD.md.
