Item 31: Does the objection grammar already represent a remediable-pattern filing?

Normativity line — the learning track · difficulty entry · project normativity · open · node item-31

A lawful-edit certificate, a recurrence count and a positive charge differential are the material of a public filing: here is a repair your own record licensed, which you declined repeatedly, and here is what declining it cost. The suggestive fact is that the certifier's footprint — occasions, responses, reasons, obligations — is a footprint the grammar can already declare, and GR-J2 computes families from footprints rather than storing them.

Audit whether the existing objection ontology represents such a filing with a generic typed filing, or whether a new primitive is genuinely required. Do not redesign the docket to force the identity.

Deliverable shape: enumeration-verified — grounds instantiating the filing against the thirteen-table registry, with the footprint ablation run over it; or a documented negative naming the missing structure. Acceptance check: python3 -m checkers.run accepts the entry, or the registry records the negative honestly.
