Statement
Jeffrey–Bolker-style models are not less computable than Solomonoff induction or AIXI: they are specified at a level where computability is not quantified, and some instances are poly-time computable.
Source
Jeffrey 1965 and Bolker 1967 specify the models without any computability constraint, so they are not ranked against Solomonoff induction or AIXI, which are specified as uncomputable; a finite Jeffrey–Bolker model over a polynomially sized algebra is an instance computable in polynomial time.
Notes
The axis has two orderings, abstraction and computability, and this claim keeps them apart.
