certificate-enforcement

Statement
The advisor publishes a legitimacy certificate, its estimate of the influence defect, as a second ledger contract settling against the realized gap, and deference gated on the certificate enforces endpoint preservation with a ground floor that is not quote-referencing.
Source
projects/deference/note-dump-2026-08-11/notes/legitimacy-theory-v1.md, section 4 (enforcement: the self-auditing advisor, conditions C1 to C4); projects/deference/faf-cleanroom-2026-10-02/packages/legit-li-register/legit-li-register-report.md, the certificate target: C1 is T1 renamed and the single-LUV certificate is quote-referencing, which blocks the grounding argument as written.
Notes
Conditioned on the redesign task: a certificate whose sealed component is not quote-referencing may exist, but none is sketched. C2 to C4 are untested.
