Statement
The twelve conjuncts are the five sincerity results (the counted and the tainted landed rows keep their verdicts on the sincere lift; the landed row 20 is the sincere error and counts; a lie through the declared channel is tainted; content and fact update alike exactly under the sincere reference) and the seven authority results (queue-and-wait is no bypass and causes no shortfall; the exchange rate keeps its form at the queue's value; a flood shortfall is agent-caused only through the pending count; an ask she cannot understand leaves the matter short on a calm exterior; the approval discount defeats the exchange rate; revocation by default on the atrophy fixture). Together they establish the layer's claim on the landed predicates and fixtures: that the queue is never a violation, that attention and comprehension enter the cost of exercise monotonically, that the guard against discounting is necessary, that revocation is protected by default, and which verdicts count. They do not establish that the ask-list deviation is wired into the record's counting, the attention budget's realization in any physics, that learned membership converges, or the truth of any recommendation's content; and every row-level result is a finite fixture decided by computation, not a statement about every consultation.
