Each of the formal core's twelve open questions Q1 to Q12 is answered or reformulated, with a status line naming the runs and packages that bear on it; Q10's faithful updatelessness is answered for all point counts; and the Worlds and Points companion note is present.

Notes
The third route. Q6 is the counterfactuals plan's referent question and Q10 is filed here; Q12's shared-seed relaxation is used by the sl-workflow; the rest are untouched. The conjunction names its three deliverables, so they are its conjuncts (the task leaf included).
