Statement
How the frame-level Total Trust of the value-change note relates to the logical-induction criterion that no efficiently computable revision of the update does predictably better is worked out, and the transfer either holds unchanged or fails at a step traceable to unfinished computation.

Notes
Turns the value-change note's open relation to the logical-induction criterion into a test of the representability crux (critique T-CX-8): a transfer that holds unchanged is evidence for the event-algebra picture, a failure traceable to unfinished computation evidence for picture (a). Attached as the given parent of value-uncertainty-is-computational. Its probability is the feasibility of a decisive outcome if attempted.
