kernel-walls-hold
leaf/assumption · drafted
Statement
The kernel's walls hold of the training and deployment interface: effect completeness, delegation safety and allocation completeness, description faithfulness, the segment gate supplied by legitimacy, and count integrity, under which a violation never detected charges nothing.
Source
wiki/Corrigibility.md, section 8 (the walls table) and the scope warning ("not a claim that any real evaluator carries ϖ > D or any real interface is effect-complete"); PRIORITIES.md, items 101 and 102 for the open walls.
Notes
The kernel's EXT contracts, which the theory issues and does not pay, filed as the assumption leaf of the kernel plan so that the plan's literal probability carries them and its validity reading sets them true.
