ledger-versus-market-differences
leaf/question · drafted
Statement
Where the ledger has uncollateralized credit, incompatibility and a payment the world exhibits, the market has collateral, hedging and wealth, and an infinitely wealthy trader is an unscored page only when it is the sole settlement channel.
Source
Abram Demski, the Market Logic sequence (LessWrong, https://www.lesswrong.com/s/KMi4cws48eyeDtLiQ), for the market side (collateral, hedging, wealth). The ledger side and the comparison are the filing session's; no public text states them yet.
Notes
A proposal. The infinite-wealth case connects to the coalitions sub-frame (weight as wealth) and to legitimacy-reasons (when wealth is legitimate).
