Statement
The defense that the humans in the legitimate branch evaluate the quality of actions correctly needs inferability of illegitimate-world consequences from legitimate-world observables, ex-ante rather than posterior conditioning of the illegitimate term, evaluators who model the counterfactual for voiding actions, reference information independent of the agent's information gathering, and off-diagonal grades under the realized-terminal readout, each condition necessary in some fixture.
