Statement
Legitimacy is an event on which the agent's update satisfies reflection or Total Trust with nothing required off it, and for the global legitimacy-conditioned criterion, Total Trust, Value, hull-and-modest-informedness and accuracy increase on every proper score are equivalent on a finite frame, with locality forced.

Notes
The author's definition of legitimacy with its finite-frame transfer theorems. Shared with the li-trust branch (the LI setting's translated Total Trust). The bridge's edge from legitimate-versus-legitimizing records that the formal reading respects the author's distinction only if that distinction holds.

Declaration legitimizingTT_iff_epistemicValue (record legitimacy-conditioned-reflection.record)
The equivalences the declarations state are the author's definition of legitimacy as the event on which reflection holds, read in the Total Trust form he gave for the DDB setting, so the author's distinction between a legitimizing event and a legitimate belief is respected.
Hypotheses, read:
- legitimacy-conditioned-reflection.setting definitional: A finite probability frame with a legitimacy event of positive mass, the agent's update a kernel on it, and the criteria (Total Trust, Value, hull condition, proper-score accuracy) stated relative to that event, as the package's ledger rows fix them.
Completeness (legitimacy-conditioned-reflection.complete): No premise beyond the proved declaration, its stated setting and its bridge is needed for the informal reading of legitimacy conditioned reflection to hold.
