Statement
Under stated conditions on an observed process, some logical inductor reproduces the process, and a simplicity measure makes that interpretation the natural one rather than one of many possible.

Notes
The stage's headline as a literal plan, an and of its two parts: existence (an inductor fitted to the data) and naturalness (a simplicity argument). The reading of 'an LIA fitted to an LIC' as a fitting problem is the filing session's. Every formal attempt so far at a representation theorem for agency in the corpus was refuted or found non-mathematical (the agency-correspondence shortcut; the parsimony argument, which defined no measure of simplicity), while the decision-determination chain to UDT survived for one decision theory.
