readout-R1-vs-R2
leaf/question · drafted
Statement
Each option is scored by the humans of the terminals where it was taken (the diagonal readout), rather than every option by the humans of the one realized terminal.
Source
Stated from its content: a floor-rule objective in which the humans of each terminal score the options leading there admits two readouts. Under the diagonal readout the floor, the lexical tier and the gap steer; under the realized-terminal readout they cancel, and the floor rule's protection then depends only on the off-diagonal scores.
Notes
A question about which readout the floor-rule objective is defined with; stated as the diagonal reading. Under sealing with selection-blindness nothing hinges on it.
