A version of reflective oracles is constructed whose fixed-point operator is itself continuous and representable, with fixed points in a space of credal sets or distributions over distributions, and whose fixed points correspond to correlated equilibria; that construction guides AI safety engineering work.

Notes
The question of the Discord notes, pursued by AI sessions in the clean room. The notes' programme as stated was refuted in the public clean room (ro-generalized-kakutani-refuted) and partly repaired (ro-collapse-repair). A related concern, oracle calls modelled as independent, is the route ro-independence-strain of uea-theorem-1.improvable. The two open questions are the conjuncts; the engineering step conditions on the level's shared claim.
