Statement
The first two clauses of secrecy-not-forbidden-by-criterion are checked in Lean in a finite model with finitely many budgeted oracle traders (over the announced record the criterion forbids no secrecy; over the union of the members' knowledge it fails for a permanently unannounced independent fact), and the third clause, on withholding policies, is stated at the logical-induction register.
