Statement
On finite frames with one prior per agent, cross-prior Total Trust in a partition expert is cellwise conditional agreement, so Total Trust is not chain-transitive; Geanakoplos's S4 condition implies Total Trust with each hypothesis sharp, and Blackwell's theorem holds both ways.

Notes
Trust worked at the level above the quantifiable. Bears on the li-trust branch's question whether trust composes (its T45 checks LI composition against this non-transitivity).

Declaration Cleanroom.Trust.TtFiniteFrames.totalTrust_ofPartition_cross_iff (record tt-finite-frames-settled.record)
The finite frames and partition experts of the tt-finite-frames package are the frames of the trust literature the package formalizes, and T4.totalTrust_not_transitive is the chain-transitivity failure.
Hypotheses, read:
Completeness (tt-finite-frames-settled.complete): No premise beyond the kernel-checked declaration and the reading its bridge states is needed for the claim of tt-finite-frames-settled to hold of the finite model.
