Statement
There is a reflective oracle relative to which, for every ε > 0, whenever the self-reflective agent π_S assigns posterior above 1 − δ to its own self-hypothesis at a history, its value at that history is within ε of the optimal value, so π_S stays ε-optimal for all time with high probability.

Notes
Cole Wyeth's revised Theorem 1 as the live post states it, in the reflective-oracle Solomonoff (rOSI) setting. The post's proof route is blocked in the finite shadow (uea-post-usc-backwards) and the key lemma of the sketch fails there (uea-t1-key-lemma-refuted-finite); the conclusion is not refuted, and the rOSI statement is typed nowhere (DIGEST item 29). Filed as a question because no argument the repository accepts stands for it. Conditioned on the plain-agent bound, the finite result that best supports its conclusion.
