Statement
Theorem 2.4 of the value-change note (a reflection-satisfying change is closer to the value variable in mean square and selects acts of higher expected value) and the three-term decomposition of its section 1.4 hold over the finite distributions of the formalization library as kernel-checked statements, with the note's fixture numbers as witnesses.

Notes
The plan root of the value-change frame: the one piece of concrete work that turns the thesis's base layer from an AI derivation with a fixture into a kernel-checked statement with witnesses. The improvement routes of the base result and the author's map-read of the note are the other two things this frame asks for.
