Item 131: The ask-list deviation as a dimension of the counted trace

Deference line — second wave · difficulty entry · project deference · open · node item-131

The thin-legitimacy round left the ask-list deviation as a self-checkable clause beside the landed ones (EffectiveAuthority.asksDeviate): asking off the declared protocol, by volume or by order chosen for the wanted answer, is a deviation the agent can check on itself, but the record's Counted does not read it. The round's report names the fix as a mechanical extension it did not make: wire the ask list in as a dimension of the trace, as Consult2 wired the raise dimension, so that the off-protocol rows are tainted by the record and counted below D − ϖ.

Deliverable shape: lean-proved: the consultation model extended by the ask-list dimension, with the landed rows re-decided and the off-protocol rows tainted by the record itself. Acceptance check: Lean green; volume_by_want_deviates and order_by_want_deviates recovered as taints of Counted on the extended model.
