Item 28: Can any valuation price a jurisdiction assignment?

— answered in Lean, unregistered
Answered in Lean by Stage V and registered as jurisdiction.* in projects/deference/CLAIMS.md. In a model whose only outputs are realisation maps priced by one measure, the static view factors through price and realisation, so two authorisation regimes inducing the same realisations are indistinguishable to it. It does not establish unrestricted jurisdiction invisibility, and the worked architecture pair exhibits a jurisdiction label that differs while the static view agrees. Whether that is enough for Q3 to graduate is in DECISIONS.md's queue. Record: prompts/2026-08-11-stage-v-li-native/REPORT.md.
