Item 68: Discharging provenance adequacy
Normativity line — legitimacy · difficulty open · project normativity.legitimacy · open · node item-68
The descriptive provenance view of an act must expose every dependency of the authorization judgment that the stated threat class cares about. The round tried four times to state this non-circularly and has not: it is not "assume the relevant influences are visible", not "refuse every influence" — that refuses permitted persuasion — and not derivable from a record whose own episodes cover by construction.
It is currently carried as a boolean the extraction must justify, which is honest and is not a condition.
Deliverable shape: either an adequacy property that is non-circular, compatible with permitted persuasion, and falsified by the hidden-dependency fixtures, or an argument that none exists without a world counterfactual, with the counterexample. Acceptance check: the unlinked arm of the Carroll round's split-episode fixture and cases.partial_effect_pair both fail the proposed condition, and office.persuasion passes it. Consumed by: any round treating a legitimate state as evidence about an external process rather than about its own declarations.
