Statement
Updateless agents coordinate with other agents by at least one of three routes, distributed cooperative oracles, Payor's lemma or higher-order game theory, or by a tiling statement for an agent inside a coalition; techniques may transfer between self-coordination and coordination with others.

projects/deference/faf-cleanroom-2026-10-02/sources/references/bli/chats/bli-chat-2024-12-09-udt-tiling-research-agenda.md, turn 3: "So, coordination has two parts: coordinating with oneself, and coordinating with others. However, these may be similar enough that we borrow a lot of techniques from one to the other." The turn names three routes to coordination with others: Distributed Cooperative Oracles, Payor's Lemma, and Higher-Order Game Theory.
Notes
The ninth mid-level goal, phase 5 of the 2024 agenda chat. No written work in this repository; the coalition tiling target is filed here as a route. The hedge in the Statement is the chat's: 'may be similar enough'. The 2024-12-09 chat's AI-written agenda glosses an informal Payor's lemma that the clean-room found fabricated; the human turns are the source here.
