Statement

The argument map under graph/ files the research agenda from deep goals down to concrete tasks, ranks the next work so that human reading goes first to central claims and to claims with high estimated promise, logs every design change and user confusion met in use, and has the maintainers' answers to the design points it leaves open.

Notes

An enabling goal, filed by the activity sweep of 2026-10-05 as a shared claim of the-program, because every line of the agenda is ranked and vetted through it. The four conjuncts are the filing session's reading of the protocol paragraphs that shape the map, not a list the maintainer wrote. They are jointly necessary in the sense of the Statement: a map that files the agenda but ranks it against the maintainer's stated priorities, or that is never revised in the open, is not the scheme those paragraphs describe.
