Statement

The decision-problems formal core is restated with the Stage 5 object as the decision procedure, so that decision problems whose decision points have different world-concepts, the formal core's open question of per-state algebras, have a home.

Notes

A plan step with no structure yet. The formal core itself is the updateless-dt branch's decision-problems-formal-core. The next-Coherent-Care recommendations do not defer this question (the fixed algebra there is a designated subalgebra for counterfactual suppositions), so no edge rests on such a reading. Its given parent is the crux on whether Stage 5 is the right setting.
