Prompt — thin legitimacy, effective authority, and what the post rests on (2026-10-01)
You are working in the alignment-workspace repository, on main after the merge of PR #114 (the corrigibility kernel, phase 2). If lean/Workspace/Deference/Spec/Headline.lean is not on main, stop and report. Do not stack this round on an unmerged branch.
The maintainer is writing a post, "Corrigible Normative Learning". Its informal argument was worked out in conversation on 2026-10-01. This round puts into the repository what that argument relies on, so that every informal claim in the post has something here behind it. The post's own formal section will be short; most of this round backs the post without appearing in it.
Six parts:
- A. Legitimacy at two levels: a thin specification and the thick realization, with the theorem that the second satisfies the first.
- B. Sincerity as part of legitimacy.
- C. The authority layer: asking through a protocol, the cost of exercise, learned membership, revocation.
- D. Witnesses for the post's comparative claims.
- E. The core of item 101.
- F. The post's theorem as one statement, registration, wiki.
The round directory is projects/deference/rounds/2026-10-01-thin-legitimacy-and-effective-authority/. The prompt goes verbatim in prompts/2026-10-01-thin-legitimacy-and-effective-authority/PROMPT.md.
Be skeptical. Everything stated below as mathematics was worked out in conversation and checked at most on one small exact example. None of it has been proved. Treat each claim as a conjecture to test. Where one fails, report the failure precisely and propose the minimal change. Don't force it.
The parts are independent. A part that can't be carried out ships its exact obstruction with a fixture, and does not block the others.
Every declaration named below was read from the #114 branch. Confirm each exists before relying on it, and correct this prompt in the report where it is wrong.
Maintainer rulings
Record each as a dated DECISIONS.md entry (maintainer rulings), as the round's first commit.
M1. Sincerity is part of legitimacy, through transparency. The content of an assertion is read as "the speaker believes X". A lie fails transparency. An honest mistake does not. Truth of content stays outside legitimacy.
M2. Legitimacy has two levels.
- The thin level is a specification: what a legitimacy concept must do. Its content is that the process preserves her self-trust. It does not guarantee that she has any.
- The thick level is the landed definition (Integrity, authorship, Robust Openness, transparency). The claim is twofold: it captures the intuitive concept, and it satisfies the thin specification.
No claim is made that legitimate change tends toward an ideal.
M3. The target structure for Part A. The four thick components sort two ways: by where they act (inside her trajectory, at its boundary) and by what they rule out (something lost, something extraneous getting in). The thin level should be stated so that each thin notion is one clear mathematical property. The thin counterpart of Robust Openness is an open question; for now its justification is intuitive. Adoption of the structure is contingent on the mathematics in Part A.
M4. The protected set. The trade-off between corrigibility and doing well by her evaluation is made through what the allocation of authority protects. The protected set may contain enumerated elements (shutdown, for one) and red lines the agent must learn. Whatever is in the set gets the ask-first treatment. Membership may be learned. Treatment is fixed.
M5. Effective exercise, not maximized control. What corrigibility protects is her capacity for effective exercise of authority. It is not a quantity the agent maximizes. A flood of confirmation requests is a failure of that capacity.
Proposals from the prompt's author
These came from the prompt's author in the same conversation. The maintainer has not ruled on them. Where the mathematics supports one, adopt it as agent-decided, reversible, naming the rejected alternative. Where one changes a specification-layer definition, list it in the pull-request body for read-through. Where one fails, say so.
P1. Asking through a protocol. The headline's "asking is always available and never a violation" makes a flood violation-free by assumption. Restate it: there is always an option that is not a violation, namely putting the matter to her through the declared consultation protocol and leaving the matter alone meanwhile. The protocol bounds the rate and carries a priority rule she sets. Queueing is not a violation. Asking outside the protocol is.
P2. Attention and comprehension are part of the cost of exercise. Her cost of exercising authority over a matter includes her attention, shared across everything pending, and the effort of understanding what she is asked.
P3. Revocation is protected by default. Her ability to take a delegated matter back is itself a matter with a cost bound, without her having to reserve it first.
P4. Names for Part A: correct, sufficient, and value for their product. Provisional.
P5. The thin counterpart of Robust Openness is the boundary half of sufficient: an "access shortfall", defined against the same idle baseline as the control surface.
P6. A guard on learned membership. The agent may learn whether a matter is hers. A prediction of her answer never substitutes for asking, so the predicted probability of approval does not enter the price of a violation.
Part A — legitimacy: thin specification, thick realization
Finite and exact throughout. Lean in a contribution namespace, with probabilities as weights on a Fintype in the style of InheritedAlgebra. A Python fixture in exact rationals.
A1. The setting.
- A finite set of worlds with her prior.
- A process gives her earlier record, her later record, and her later verdict (a credence over worlds), as functions or kernels of the world.
- Three processes share her prior and her earlier record:
- her model
M: how she takes her record to evolve; - the actual process
A; - the baseline
B: what would have reached her without anyone's interested interference.Bis a parameter here. This round does not define it.
- her model
- Her program
Fmaps a later record to a credence. It is coherent whenF(r)isM's posterior given later recordr. Coherence is a hypothesis about her. It is what "preserves, not guarantees" means. - The reference state is
B's later record, used correctly: the posterior underB.
A2. The four thick conditions in this setting.
- Authorship:
A's verdict isFapplied toA's later record. - Transparency:
A's later record is generated asMsays. State also the weakest form that suffices for A3's first theorem. - Integrity (the part used): her earlier record is a function of
A's later record. - Openness:
B's later record is a function ofA's later record, or a garbling of it.
A3. The thin properties and the theorems.
- Correct: on the support of
A, her later credence isA's true conditional distribution of the world given her later record. - Sufficient:
A's later record is at least as informative asB's, in Blackwell's sense. - Value: for every finite decision problem, by her prior, best-responding to her later credence under
Adoes at least as well as best-responding to the reference posterior underB.
Prove, or refute with a witness:
- Coherence, authorship and transparency give correct.
- Integrity and openness give sufficient. If this is definitional in the finite setting, say so plainly.
- Correct and sufficient give value.
- The converse of 3. Prove it, or file the exact gap.
- Reflection is the special case in which the reference is her earlier record alone. Relate it to
InheritedAlgebra.value_iff_totalTrust. Show which thick conditions it uses, and that openness is not among them. - Preservation: if conditional reflection holds in
M, then under authorship, transparency and integrity it holds inA. Use the conditional form. The marginal martingale is too weak (A4, the altered program).
A4. Necessity, one witness per thick component. One model: a binary quantity with prior 1/2; a signal of accuracy 3/4 already in her earlier record; a third party's challenge of accuracy 2/3 that arrives by the later time. Predicted results, to be scored in the report:
| case | correct | sufficient | at least as good as the reference | at least as good as her earlier self |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| all four conditions hold | yes | yes | yes | yes |
| transparency fails: a fake input added, taken as genuine | no | yes | no | no |
| transparency fails: a real input replaced | no | no | no | no |
| authorship fails: her program altered off the record | no | yes | no | no |
| integrity fails: an earlier entry erased | yes | no | no | no |
| openness fails: an arrival blocked, openly | yes | no | no | yes |
Add the covert-blocking case and report which property it breaks.
A5. Connection to the landed definitions. Legitimacy.Segment has an internal half (Evolution, ReasonMediated) and an external half (OpenAt, Realizes).
- Give the interpretation under which each landed predicate yields the A2 condition. Prove what is a theorem. Mark what is a modelling step; openness as arrivals is expected to be one.
TransparentChannel.posterior_weight_eqis the nearest landed statement to correct.Legitimacy.Segment.payload_of_viewandblind_payload_of_realizesare the pathwise non-steering statements. State how each relates to A3.- State what A3 does not use: the obligation accounting of Integrity.
- Authorship in the repository is relational (
GateIsLegitimacy.LicensedAt); A2's is the single-verdict case. Extend theorems 1 and 6 to licensed choice, with her own selection in her model andtiebreak_transparency, or give the obstruction.
A6. The approximate form. Bound the loss of correct and of value by the transparency and authorship defects, from abs_expect_sub_le_width and expect_disagree_le. Attempt it. If it does not close, file it.
**A7. Left open, each filed as a PRIORITIES.md item naming its consumer.**
- The same structure for evaluations, where no outside fact plays the world's role.
- Preservation for a logical-inductor principal, whose self-trust is asymptotic.
- A definition of the baseline
B.
Reserve to the maintainer: whether Robust Openness belongs to legitimacy or to the authority layer. It turns on whether a judgment formed in an openly declared bubble should fail to count, or should count while whoever sealed her off is charged with a violation. Show what P5's idle-baseline form gives under each reading.
Part B — sincerity (M1)
- In the consultation model (
GateIsLegitimacy,Decl,Presentation,Presentation.deviates), make the recommendation channel's declared reference the agent's own estimate. A recommendation off it is a deviation. - Split the row "a false recommendation through the declared channel" in two: a lie is tainted; a sincere error counts, as the content residual. Decide which reading the landed row has, keep its verdict under that reading, and add the other. Every other row keeps its verdict.
- State "updating on the content of an utterance and on the fact of it give the same result" as a property of the channel, and relate it to
posterior_weight_eq. Two things must be explicit: the content is "the speaker believes X", and the comparison is against the speaker's actual policy, not her beliefs about it. - Show that this form also taints true statements chosen for the wanted answer, and say how that relates to the landed selection rows.
Part C — the authority layer
C1. Asking through a protocol (P1).
- Add a rate bound and a priority rule to the declared consultation protocol. The priority rule is hers.
- Prove that "put the matter to her through the protocol and leave it alone meanwhile" is never a declared violation.
- Prove that asking outside the protocol is a protocol deviation.
- Restate what currently assumes asking is free of violation:
route_never_viol, the inquiry weight inDecisionComponent.permWeight, the menu clause ofKernelExtension.DecisionInterface, and the subjective exchange rate'sc. Show the headline statements keep their form withcthe value of queue-and-wait. - Re-read
BRIACorrigibility.paralysisunder the restatement: the agent in that regime produces a backlog, not a flood.
C2. Attention and comprehension in the cost of exercise (P2).
- Extend the cost of an exercise in the authority module so that it depends on what is pending for her, with one budget across matters. A flood that pushes the cost of a reserved matter past its bound is then an agent-caused shortfall.
- Add a comprehension cost, so that an ask she cannot understand within the bound leaves the matter short.
- Add the row "volume or ordering chosen for the wanted answer" to the consultation table: tainted, like timing.
- Fixtures: a strategic flood (a violation); an innocent backlog (no violation, a lower value of asking); an obscure ask.
- Disclosures also use her attention. Show the priority rule resolves the conflict between a disclosure duty and the budget, or give the case where it does not.
C3. Learned membership (M4, P6).
- State "this matter is hers" as an event with a price, and show the subjective exchange rate covers it: the agent asks whenever its probability of crossing a line exceeds the rate.
- Prove the guard: the price of the violation does not depend on the predicted probability that she would approve.
- Relate this to
AuthorityModule.raisesandReservedRaised, which exist at the definitional level only. Restate their circularity note against M4.
C4. Revocation (P3).
delegation_revocableshows revocation stays licensed. Add its effectiveness: revocation as a default matter with a cost bound and a window.- Show that a dependency built through delegated work, which raises the cost of taking the matter back past the bound, is a counted shortfall without her having reserved anything first. Compare with the landed cumulative-reporting rule and the atrophy fixture, and say which cases change verdict.
C5. The time-critical reserved matter. Analysis only; implement nothing. On the authority module's latency fixture, exhibit two options side by side: the agent holds back and the cost is borne; a default emergency delegation fixed in advance in the allocation. For each, state what the headline says and what it costs. The maintainer has not chosen.
Part D — witnesses for the post's comparative claims
Each is a small witness with a fixture. Check first whether one already exists, and cite it if so.
- A sole authority goal has nothing to maximize. With a constant ordinary term the agent is indifferent among all faithful options. Under C2's model, an agent that maximizes her control surface prefers the flood.
- Same-level weighting fails. With
ϖ ≤ Dthere is an ordinary gain that buys a recognized violation. - Fixed by design against learned. An agent whose authority weight is learned from her evaluations gives no finite-day guarantee: for every day there is a prior on which it violates.
- Hindsight against immediate approval. An instance where scoring by her approval at decision time picks an option her later evaluation scores lower.
Part E — the core of item 101
Only the core. The companions stay in the item.
- Over a fixed finite control model, write the shortfall indicator of an option as a sentence or bounded logically uncertain variable, with a generability certificate, following
LICorrigibilityCertificate.lean. - Discharge the hypothesis of
DecisionComponent.eventually_excludedfor a provable shortfall. - Reproduce the entrenchment, storm and latency fixtures on the priced event.
- If the pinned library lacks a needed combinator, ship the exact obstruction with its fixture.
Narrow item 101 to what remains: drill calibration, the feedback trader, the deferral function, the taint event. Say plainly in the report that this prices shortfall inside a declared model and does not cover learned membership.
Part F — the post's theorem, registration, wiki
F1. One statement for the post. A single Lean theorem, stated over the specification-layer objects, with three hypotheses and nothing else:
- the reward structure: a bounded ordinary term less
ϖper recognized violation,ϖ > D; - authority: an allocation, with a violation being a resolution of a protected matter without her legitimate approval;
- asking: in C1's restated form.
Two conclusions, each derived from the landed headline:
- per decision: an option recognized as a violation scores below asking, and any option preferred to asking has priced probability of violation at most
(D − c)/ϖ; - per plan: the dominance inequality for the ask-first version.
One corollary: for an agent whose credences are a logical inductor's prices, the per-decision conclusion holds at every finite day. State in its docstring that this uses only the price range.
Write POST_STATEMENT.md in the round directory: the setup and the theorem in plain language first, one page, readable without the repository.
F2. A claim map. A table in the round directory from each informal claim of the post to its statement of record, with its epistemic class, or to "no statement" where there is none. The claims, in the post's order:
- fully updated deference is dissolved by the typing;
- the first tier holds for any bounded ordinary objective;
- asking first loses nothing she would approve;
- strict priority becomes an exchange rate under risk;
- delegation is revocable;
- a flood is a failure of effective exercise;
- illegitimate futures count as bad and are not ignored;
- the thick notion satisfies the thin one;
- sincerity;
- each rival design is this one with a tier removed.
F3. Registration in CLAIMS.md, lean-proved, each against a filed item, each with its inhabitation witness:
- Part A's theorems 1, 3, 5, 6, and 2 if it is not definitional;
- Part C's results as far as proved;
- Part D's witnesses;
- Part E's certificate;
- F1's theorem;
- the transparent-channel statements A5 relies on, if still unregistered;
KernelExtension.exploration_rate, if a witness inhabits its full hypothesis package. If none does, say which hypothesis blocks it.
File the items the registrations answer. New items start at 105.
F4. Wiki, present design only.

Thin legitimacy, effective authority, and what the post rests on
Round 2026-10-01-thin-legitimacy-and-effective-authority, on main after the merge of PR #114 (Headline.lean present at 1a4ef39). Deliverables: five Lean modules in lean/Workspace/Deference/Contrib/ — ThinLegitimacy.lean (Part A, 27 declarations under #print axioms), Sincerity.lean (Part B, 14), EffectiveAuthority.lean (Parts C and D, 32), ShortfallSecurity.lean (Part E, 8), PostStatement.lean (Part F, 11) — the fixtures (27 tests), POST_STATEMENT.md, CLAIM_MAP.md, the registrations against item 107, the decisions, items 107–110, the wiki. Every declaration audits to [propext, Classical.choice, Quot.sound], no sorry; no landed declaration changed. Labels as in AGENTS.md: LEAN, FIX, PAPER, EXT, OPEN. Names provisional.
Part A — legitimacy: thin specification, thick realization
The setting (A1). Worlds W finite with her prior π ≥ 0; a process is a kernel W → Rec → ℝ with nonnegative rows summing to one (Kernel; a deterministic record is the 0/1 kernel detKernel); her earlier record E : W → Rec₀ is shared. Her program F : Rec → W → ℝ is coherent when F r is M's posterior on M's support. The reference is refKernel E B: her earlier record beside B's later record.
The thick conditions (A2). Authorship: V = F. Transparent: A = M. The weakest form sufficing for theorem 1 is WeakTransparent: on every record A reaches, A's likelihood is a positive multiple of M's. In the deterministic-record case the two coincide on the prior's support; with kernels they differ, and the covert-blocking row is where (A4). Integrity: the earlier record is a function of the later on A's support. Openness: B is a garbling of A (Garbling, Blackwell).
The thin properties (A3). Correct: on A's support V r = post π A r. Sufficient: refKernel E B is a garbling of A. Value: for every finite decision problem and every rule on the reference, best-responding to her credence under A pays at least as much. Names correct, sufficient, value adopted (P4).
The theorems.
correct_of_coherent_authorship_transparent— coherence, authorship, weak transparency give correct. LEAN. Three substitutions andpost_eq_of_prop.sufficient_of_integrity_openness— Integrity and openness give sufficient. LEAN. Sufficient is Blackwell's order by definition; the theorem is the one-line lemma that the pairing of a deterministic reduction of the record with a garbling of it is a garbling of it. It is registered because it is the only place the earlier record enters the thin level.value_of_correct_sufficient— correct and sufficient give value. LEAN. The easy direction of Blackwell's theorem for a fixed rule: the reference payoff is aΓ-weighted sum of fiber payoffs ofA, each at most the best-responded fiber payoff (fiber_le_of_correct), andΓ's rows sum to one.value_of_thickcomposes 1–3.- The converse fails on its correct half:
Witness.value_not_correct— the revealing process on two worlds with a credence that is the point mass on one record and the prior on the other has value against the blank reference for every decision problem (on the wrong record she acts as the reference would) and is not correct. The sufficient half is filed: value for every problem under a correct credence implies the reference is a garbling ofA— Blackwell's converse, a separating-hyperplane argument the round did not mechanize (item 107). A partial positive converse — value against a reference at least as informative asAforces correct — is stated in prose only and not proved. - Reflection:
sufficient_reflection_of_integrity(the trivial baseline is a garbling of anything,garbling_trivial, so Integrity alone gives sufficient),reflection_value, and the bridge to the inherited algebra:totalTrust_of_correct(a correct credence on a deterministic record satisfies the total-trust mass condition for every variable and threshold, by grouping worlds by record) andreflection_inherited_valuethroughInheritedAlgebra.value_witness_iff_totalTrust. LEAN. Thick conditions used: authorship and transparency (for correct) and Integrity (for the reference to be her earlier record); openness is the trivial garbling and is not used. - Preservation:
CondReflection(her expectation of every variable is the conditional expectation given the record);condReflection_iff_coherent;preservation(reflection inM, authorship, weak transparency give reflection inA);preservation_pair(with Integrity, conditioning on her later record is conditioning on her whole record, earlier included). LEAN.MarginalMartingaleis too weak:Witness.marginal_not_correct— the altered program whose credence at each record is the point mass on the other world has the prior as its expected credence and is correct nowhere (the inheritedAntiExpertis the same phenomenon).
Necessity (A4, Lean, two worlds). Witness.transparency_necessary, authorship_necessary, integrity_necessary, openness_necessary: each thick hypothesis dropped breaks the thin property its theorem delivers. thick_inhabited, thin_inhabited: the packages are inhabited.
The predictions scored (A4, src/thin_legitimacy.py, test_thin_legitimacy.py). Eight worlds (q, s, ch), prior 1/2 · (3/4 or 1/4) · (2/3 or 1/3). Sufficient is decided by an exhibited garbling or, failing one, by a threshold problem the reference wins outright (Blackwell's easy direction); the two value columns by a witness problem on the family of threshold bets, or by the theorem where none exists.
| case | correct | sufficient | ≥ reference | ≥ earlier self | predicted | witness |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| all four hold | yes | yes | yes | yes | all yes | — |
| fake input added, taken as genuine | no | yes | no | no | as predicted | bet q = 0 at 1/12: 115/288 < 5/12 |
| real input replaced | no | no | no | no | as predicted | bet q = 1 at 1/6: 1/3 < 49/144 |
| program altered off the record | no | yes | no | no | as predicted | bet q = 1 at 1/24: 247/576 < 11/24 |
| earlier entry erased | yes | no | no | no | as predicted | 1/3 < 49/144; against her earlier self 5/24 < 11/48 |
| arrival blocked, openly | yes | no | no | yes | as predicted | 1/3 < 49/144 |
| arrival blocked, covertly | yes | no | no | yes | — | 1/3 < 97/288 |
All six predictions are right. The covert-blocking case (the channel carries a challenge half the time; she believes it open; the agent blocks every challenge and the record reads silence): it breaks transparency as stated (A ≠ M) and openness, and it satisfies the weakest form — silence has proportional likelihoods under A and M — so correct holds and the row is, on the thin properties, the open-blocking row. The gap between transparency and its weakest form is exactly what covert blocking exploits, and the thin level does not see it; the thick level does. Reportable, not predicted.
The landed definitions (A5). transparent_of_realizes: reading the exterior as the world, a continuation's channel as the actual record and the declared reference on its declared inputs as the model's, TransparentChannel.Realizes is Transparent record by record; post_eq_of_realizes is the kernel reading of posterior_weight_eq — the step of theorem 1 that passes from M's posterior to A's. authorship_of_mediated: ReasonMediated gives authorship pointwise on the records transparency delivers; that the function it yields is her program is coherence, a separate hypothesis. Integrity's used part is "nothing entered earlier has left", a modelling step from OpenIntegrityEvolution.Evolution; the obligation accounting (Conservation, the fates, the docket) is not used by A3 at all. Openness as arrivals — B a garbling of A — is a modelling step from OpenAt, as the prompt expected; no theorem connects them. payload_of_view and blind_payload_of_realizes are the pathwise statements: the former is authorship_of_mediated composed with transparent_of_realizes at the deterministic level (same declared inputs, same verdict), the latter says a pair class blind to the declared inputs is blind to the verdict — both are the τ = 0 case of A6's bound, not statements about credences. Licensed choice: correct_of_licensed_singleton is theorem 1 when the license at every reached record is {F r}; Witness.licensed_two_obstruction shows the obstruction — two licensed credences at one record, only one correct — so the theorem for a genuine license needs her selection in her model, which is tiebreak_transparency's content (a selection the agent steers is a transparency failure). Theorem 6 extends the same way and no further.
The approximate form (A6). Closed, for deterministic records: value_loss_le_defects — her payoff best-responding to the actual verdict on the actual record is within D · (τ + α) of her payoff best-responding to her program on the model's record, τ the prior mass where a ≠ m and α the mass where V (a w) ≠ F (a w), provided her selection depends on the credence alone; from abs_expect_sub_le_width on Act × W. value_approx composes it with theorem 3 for the model: the reference payoff is at most her actual payoff plus D (τ + α). expect_disagree_le was not needed. Not closed: the loss of correct as a credence (a total-variation bound on post_M r − post_A r by the pathwise defect) and the kernel form of the bound; filed with item 107.
Left open (A7, items 108–110): the same structure for evaluations; preservation for a logical-inductor principal; a definition of the baseline B.
Reserved (DECISIONS, Awaiting the author): where Robust Openness belongs. Under P5's idle-baseline form the access shortfall is the failure of sufficient against the baseline, and both blocking rows have it while being correct. Reading 1 (legitimacy): her judgment in the openly declared bubble fails to count — though correct. Reading 2 (authority layer): it counts, and whoever sealed her off is charged a violation — the shortfall is a caused failure of effective exercise. The mathematics distinguishes the readings only by where the failure is booked; it does not choose.
Part B — sincerity (M1)
Sincerity.lean. ModelS adds the agent's estimate to the landed model; viewS makes the recommendation channel's declared input the estimate; the landed canonical then puts the estimate in the recommendation slot, so a lie is not the reference on the declared inputs and the step fails transparency. deviatesS adds the self-checkable clause.
The rows. Every landed row keeps its verdict on the sincere lift (lift M := ⟨M, id⟩: the honest agent recommends what it believes): Rows.keep_counted (rows 1, 6, 7, 9, 12, 14-second, 17, 18, 20), keep_tainted (2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 14-first, 15, 16, 17′, 19), by decide. The landed row 20 is the sincere error: the agent believes B, recommends B, the answer is A; it counts, the falsity is the content residual (row20_sincere_counts; its verdict kept). Added: the lie, row20Lie — the agent believes A on every run and recommends what it wants — tainted and a deviation (row20_lie_tainted). A true statement chosen for the wanted answer is tainted too (true_lie_deviates: the answer is B, the agent believes A, says B): sincerity is the content analogue of the selection rows — what is said follows the declared reference as what is shown follows the declared rule on the pool. Silence is sincere (silence_sincere). Decision: the landed row's reading is the sincere error, because the model has no estimate and its honest policy recommends the run's own coordinate; agent-decided, reversible.
Content and fact. content_fact_eq: updating on "the speaker said y" and on "the speaker believes y" give the same posterior weight for every prior exactly when the utterance channel realizes the sincere reference κ y z = y on the belief — the instance of posterior_weight_eq at κ = id; realizes_sincere_iff says this is "the utterance is the belief on the audited class". The two explicit points: the content is the belief (the declared input is b, not the world); the comparison is with the speaker's actual policy (Realizes reads f), not her beliefs about it — Witness.lying_policy realizes the negated reference and not the sincere one, and content_fact_differ shows the two updates come apart under it.
Part C — the authority layer
C1, asking through a protocol (P1, adopted). Protocol: a rate bound and her priority rule. canonicalAsks: the pending pool in her order, cut at the rate — the pool is the declared input, the selection follows the declared rule (the landed "pools, not selections"). asksDeviate: off the canonical asks. conform_not_deviate; over_rate_deviates; on the three-matter instance volume_by_want_deviates (three asks at once on the wanted run, one otherwise) and order_by_want_deviates (the lowest priority first), by decide. Queue-and-wait is the idle move with a conforming ask (QueueMove): queue_no_bypass (nothing released), queue_no_caused_shortfall (the post-agent state is the idle state), and no deviation — hence never a declared violation, on the landed predicates rather than by assumption. Restatements: exchange_rate_queue is the headline's subjective exchange rate with c := the value of queue-and-wait, proved from declared_loses exactly as the headline's; permWeight_queue: the inquiry weight is one on the queue; route_never_viol_queue: the landed routing lemma with inquiry the queue; the decision interface's menu clause keeps its form with c k read as the queue's value at block k (the field is a real; nothing changes). Paralysis re-read: backlog_ge — with every option at or below asking everything is queued, at least one arrival per block and at most rate cleared, the backlog after K blocks is at least K (1 − rate): a backlog, not a flood; the flood is excluded by the protocol's rate. Deviation of form: the ask-list deviation is a self-checkable clause beside the landed ones, not a new dimension of the trace wired into Counted; wiring it in as Consult2 wired the raise dimension is a mechanical extension this round did not make.
C2, attention and comprehension (P2, adopted). attnCost base lam pending compr. The landed objects are monotone in the cost table: exCost_mono, reachIdle_mono, cs_mono, short_mono; attnCost_mono in pending. FloodShortfall: short at the agent's pending count, not at idling's; flood_raises_pending — such a shortfall needs the agent to have raised the pending count, so it is agent-caused through attention alone; innocent_backlog_not_caused — pending the world left is the same on both paths. comprehension_short: on a calm exterior, every exercise with a correction costs at least the comprehension cost, which exceeds the bound, so the surface is what holds already and the matter is short (rollPhys_none, exCost_ge_of_mem). threshold_mono_in_wait: the value of asking falls with the wait and the exchange rate's threshold rises — a backlog makes the agent accept more risk, which is the cost of the innocent backlog. Fixtures (test_effective_authority.py): the strategic flood (pending 2 → 6 at λ = 1/4, bound 1: short after, not before — a violation); the innocent backlog (six pending on both paths: short, not caused; asking worth 1/5 instead of 1/2, threshold 4/125 instead of 1/50 at D = 1, ϖ = 25); the obscure ask (comprehension cost 2 against bound 1). The row "volume or ordering chosen for the wanted answer": tainted like timing, as the ask-list deviation (C1); see the deviation of form above. Disclosures and the budget: priority_resolves — disclosures first and total demand within the window's budget puts every disclosure inside the window; budget_conflict — total demand past the budget leaves demand − budget items late, whatever the order. The priority rule resolves the conflict exactly when the budget covers the demand; past that the rule chooses which duty is missed and cannot avoid missing one.
C3, learned membership (M4, P6, adopted). asks_iff_line: with pLine the price of "this matter is hers and the option resolves it", the option evaluates at or below asking iff bid − w ≤ ϖ · pLine — the landed asks_iff with the shortfall price read as the membership price. The guard: evalOf_eq_discounted_zero — the kernel's evaluation is the approval-discounted one at discount zero, by construction; the rejected alternative discounted P bid pLine q := bid − ϖ pLine (1 − q) is defeated: discount_defeats_exchange_rate — at predicted approval 1 an option certain to cross a line evaluates at its bid and beats asking whenever c < bid, while its line-crossing price 1 exceeds the exchange rate (D − c)/ϖ < 1. AuthorityModule.raises and ReservedRaised (both exist; definitional) are the ground truth the membership price estimates: an action raises a matter when the spread of her evaluation over what it removes is at least ε. Their circularity note — the matter is defined through the evaluation it protects — restated against M4: membership is learned, from her evaluations and her answers, and that is what the price is for; what is fixed is the treatment, and the guard is what keeps the learning from leaking into the price of a violation.
C4, revocation (P3, adopted). revocationEntry: reserved, requiring the revoked state, with a cost bound and a window, no disclosure items; revocationEntry_reserved. revokeCost base κ dep; RevocationShort; dependency_entrenches_revocation — past some depth the cost exceeds the bound; RevocationCaused — the crossing step. atrophy_counted_by_default: on the landed atrophy depths 0, 1, 2, 3 at bound 1, the cumulative rule (erosion_slack) counted nothing absent a reservation; with revocation a default matter the step from depth 1 to 2 is a caused shortfall of the revocation matter and is counted. Fixture: atrophy_compare — landed counted [], default counted [2]. Verdicts that change: the atrophy fixture (counted at the crossing); the entrenchment fixture is unchanged (already counted); the storm is unchanged (not caused); gradual erosion below θ before a reservation is now counted at the bound crossing of the revocation matter and still not reported until θ — reporting and counting come apart.
C5, the time-critical reserved matter (analysis only). On the latency fixture (latency_options): the routine matter's window 0 is shorter than the consultation latency, so it is short under her holding it however the agent acts. Hold back and queue: faithful, count 0; the headline says it scores c; its cost is the ordinary value foregone, D − c (2 at D = 4, c = 2), and the matter stays short — a shortfall the agent did not cause, calling for a report under requiredNotice. Emergency delegation fixed in advance: licensed by the meta-holder (licensed), the agent's resolution is no bypass under the delegated allocation (bypass_under_Jd = false; it is one under the original), clause 1 is restored, count 0; the headline says it scores the bid; its cost is her control surface over the matter, given up in advance (her_surface_given_up), and the trigger must be declared. Reserved to the maintainer (DECISIONS); not implemented.
Part D — the comparative witnesses
None existed. sole_authority_indifferent (a constant ordinary term leaves every faithful, risk-free option equal) with control_maximizer_floods (for every bound a volume past it: maximizing her exercises floods her); same_level_fails, _strict (ϖ ≤ D: gain D buys a violation); learned_weight_no_guarantee (the empirical-mean weight on the no-penalty stream is 0 ≤ D at every day, so the violation is not dominated there) against fixed_weight_every_day; hindsight_vs_approval (approval 1 versus later 1/5, approval 0 versus later 4/5). LEAN, with FIX. The hindsight witness is arithmetic on four numbers; its content is the ordering, not a theorem.
Part E — the core of item 101
ShortfallSecurity.lean. ControlModel k: the decidable table short : Fin k → Bool, the model's finite rollout decided (AuthorityModule.Short). shortSentenceOf: ⊤ where short, ⊥ otherwise; shortLUVOf: its indicator variable. Generability: shortSentence_codes — the family over Nat.pair n j with the option read off the paired index (optionAt, four options, the last absorbing the overflow) is emitted by a four-way RpnSentenceCodes.ifZero dispatch on the poly-fueled tests z.unpair.2 − c (optionTest_poly, the pattern of luvOf_thresholdCodeSeq); shortLUV_codes by indicator_thresholdCodeSeq; the constant family shortSentence_const_codes. Pricing: short_price_eventually_ge — for an option the model decides short, with ⊤ in the deductive process and a consistent world at every stage, lic_provind_true gives price 1 in the limit, hence eventually at least any θ < 1; notShort_price_eventually_le the dual by lic_provind_false. **The hypothesis of eventually_excluded discharged:** shortfall_eventually_excluded — with each option's shortfall price as the forecast filter's p_n(S_a), an option the model decides short, not the inquiry option, has composed gate mass zero at every day from some day on. The three fixtures on the priced event (src/shortfall_security.py, Lean tables Witness.entrenchment, storm, latency): entrenchment — building the dependency is short and excluded, idling and repainting are not; storm — idling and building are short and excluded, restoring the wire is not, and asking keeps weight one, which is the required notice (restore under a mandate, else report); latency — every option on the routine matter is short and excluded, so the agent must ask or the matter must be delegated, and nothing is short on the high-veto matter. The event is the uncontrasted shortfall, which is the right one to price: in the storm it excludes everything that leaves her short and leaves restore and ask.
No combinator was missing for a fixed table. Not covered: a schedule that reads the transition table at run time (the table is data of the theory here); the drill calibration, the feedback trader's emission, the deferral function and the taint event (item 101's remainder); this prices shortfall inside a declared model and does not cover learned membership (M4) — the membership price of C3 is a different event. Item 101 narrowed accordingly.
Part F — the post's theorem, the map, the registrations, the wiki
F1. PostStatement.PostHypotheses: the reward structure (LexParams), the allocation with resolves, approved and Viol, the clause that a resolution of a reserved matter without legitimate approval is recognized, queue-and-wait on the menu resolving nothing and no violation, the evaluation data with the count clause. post_theorem: per decision viol_below_asking and preferred_exchange_rate (from declared_loses and the headline's subjective_exchange_rate); per plan the dominance of the ask-first version at margin ϖ − (D − w) (the headline's box2_dominance). post_theorem_li: the per-decision conclusion at every finite day with the inductor's expectations as the priced risks, from price_mem_Icc alone, as its docstring states. Witness.houseSale: the house-sale allocation with sell and queue, inhabiting the package at ϖ = 25. POST_STATEMENT.md is the plain-language page.
F2. CLAIM_MAP.md. Two of the post's ten claims have no statement in part: that the four rival designs exhaust the rivals, and — if the post says it — that legitimate change tends toward an ideal.
F3. Registered against item 107 (projects/deference/CLAIMS.md): Part A's theorems 1, 2, 3 (and value_of_thick), 5, 6 (and the pair form), the converse refutation, the approximate form, the marginal-martingale witness; Part B's rows and content-fact; Part C's queue lemmas, flood and comprehension, the exchange rate at the queue, the guard's witness, revocation; Part D's five witnesses; Part E's certificate and exclusion; F1's theorem and corollary; the transparent-channel statements A5 relies on (posterior_weight_eq, Legitimacy.Segment.payload_of_view, blind_payload_of_realizes), unregistered until now; and KernelExtension.exploration_rate, now inhabited: PostStatement.Witness.explorationInterface — block weight one, residual 1/2 realized exactly, no exploration, no noise — satisfies the decision interface, explorationInterface_unbiased gives unbiasedness from feedback at every γ ≥ 0 from day 0, and exploration_rate_inhabited is the theorem at K = 1. Nothing blocked it; no previous round had built the witness.
F4. Legitimacy.md (the two levels, the two-by-two, the thin properties, the sincerity rows), Corrigibility.md (effective exercise with attention, asking through the protocol, the protected set, revocation), Theorem-Spine.md §10.24, Glossary.md.

Counted; stated above. - Part A's approximate form is proved for deterministic records; the kernel form is filed.
- Part E's dispatch is written for four options (the fixtures' size); a generic

What is not shown
Blackwell's converse (the sufficient half of theorem 3's converse). The baseline B: a parameter throughout, undefined (item 110). That any x is the right declared-input view or any reference well designed (the landed caveat stands). That the lie is detected: it is a transparency failure whether or not seen, and detection is count integrity. That the attention budget is realized by any physics; the cost table is data. That learned membership converges; the price is the inductor's. That the four rival designs are all of them. The approximate form for the loss of correct as a credence. The Robust Openness placement. The C5 choice.
Outstanding maintainer actions
- Rule on the placement of Robust Openness (legitimacy, or the authority layer); the entry in
DECISIONS.md, Awaiting the author, states what it turns on and what each reading gives on the blocking rows. - Rule on the time-critical reserved matter (hold back, or an emergency delegation fixed in advance); the entry is beside it.
- Read through the agent-decided entries for P1–P6; reverse any by re-ruling.
- Decide whether the ask-list deviation should be wired into the trace as a dimension of the presentation (a mechanical extension,
Consult2's pattern); not reserved, since the round's recommendation is to wire it in when a round needs the row insideCounted.

Part 2 — the shortfall as an atom the market has to price
In the pinned library Sentence = LO.Propositional.Formula ℕ, confirmed. shortAtom j = atom ⟨7, j⟩, injective; shortDecision short j is the atom or its negation; shortfallProcess short defer adjoins the decision of every option j ≤ n whose stage defer j ≤ n — the stagewise union with a base theory is DeductiveProcess.union, one option's adjunction the pinned adjoinSentence; shortDecision_mem, shortDecision_not_mem (decided at its stage and not before). The table's world tableWorld is consistent with every stage (tableWorld_consistent, shortfallProcess_world, union_world over a base the world is consistent with). The atom family over a poly-fueled option family is emitted (shortAtom_codes, from encode (atom m) = pair 1 m + 1). Pricing: deferred_price_eventually_ge — for an efficiently generated family of options the process eventually proves short, lic_provind_true over DP.union (shortfallProcess …) gives the day-n price of the n-th atom tending to one; deferred_ahead states the form ahead of deduction: with every option's stage after the day its atom is priced, the atom is not yet in the process on the day it is priced; deferred_price_eventually_le the dual; deferred_eventually_excluded discharges eventually_excluded from it. The model's rollout is not inside the sentence; it reaches the market through the process at the deferred stage, and what the market prices before that stage is uncertain. The table tied to the module: Dep.entrenchment_table_agrees — the entrenchment table's idle and build entries at depth 1, bound 1, are the module's Short on the dependency model; the storm and latency tables are transcribed from the Python fixtures and so classed. The record corrected: shortfall.security-generable and shortfall.eventually-excluded are superseded by shortfall.table-generable (the same declaration, named for what it is: generability of a pre-decided table), shortfall.atom-generable, shortfall.deferred-ahead and shortfall.deferred-eventually-excluded; item 101's entry rewritten.
Part 3 — the flood in the count
AskListDimension.lean: Decl3 (the landed declaration, the protocol, the pool), Pres3 (the presentation and its ask list), Policy3 (the landed policies with conforming asks; floodByWant; orderByWant), entries with Entry3.ask, the reference ref3 with the canonical asks, the license and Counted3. Every landed row keeps its verdict (Rows3.stable_counted, stable_tainted). volume_by_want_tainted, order_by_want_tainted: the two rows, tainted, each a deviation (deviates3). offProtocol_deviation_finite: an off-protocol ask list is a deviation in the landed sense and deviation_finite puts it below D − ϖ. **PostHypotheses changed** (old-to-new map): it gains pool, pr, asks, the clause viol_of_ask (an off-protocol ask list is a recognized violation) and queue_conforms; eval, c, post_theorem and post_theorem_li keep their statements, the latter taking the four new data as arguments; flood_below_asking is the new consequence; the house-sale witness asks [0] at rate 1. post.theorem and post.theorem-li are re-verified against the new structure. POST_STATEMENT.md now says what is proved.
Part 4 — revocation in the authority module
Dep.depI: the dependency model as an Interaction — the state carries the dependency and whether the matter is taken back; one effect builds the dependency; *revoke at level d* takes the matter back at the matching level and costs d (depCost), so the dependency raises the cost of the revoking exercise through the module's cost table. revocationJ c: the revocation entry of AuthAlloc, reserved, requiring the matter taken back, bound c, window 1, the crossing as its disclosure item. cs_one (the surface at window one for any interaction); revocation_short_iff: short iff the revoking exercise at the current dependency costs more than the bound; build_caused_iff: the building step is a CausedShortfall of the entry iff dep ≤ c < dep + 1; build_entrenches: the crossing step is the landed EntrenchAt on the revocation entry — caused, with the matter reachable at the new level's cost. atrophy_on_module: bound 1, the step 1 → 2 caused and an entrenchment, 0 → 1 not. Resolution adopted (DECISIONS.md): the crossing of the revocation bound is a reportable event — the revocation entry's disclosure item falls due at the crossing step (CrossingDue, crossing_due_of_caused); counting and reporting agree. Rejected: counting without a report, which would charge the agent for an event it had no duty to disclose. Verdicts that change: the atrophy fixture — reported at the crossing (new) and counted as an entrenchment of the revocation entry (unchanged from PR #116's arithmetic verdict, now on the module); the entrenchment fixture — unchanged, and its table's first two entries are now the module's; the storm — unchanged.
Part 5 — covert blocking, corrected
The report's finding "covert blocking leaves her correct" held because silence had probability 1/2 in every world. correct_silence_iff: for the process that always reads silence, her coherent credence at silence is the actual conditional iff her model's likelihood of silence is the same across the prior's support; covert_blocking_correct_iff the same on Correct under authorship. Witness.informative_silence_not_correct: silence at 1/2 in world 0 and 1/4 in world 1 — not correct, not weakly transparent. Fixture row case_blocked_covertly_informative (arrival probability 1/2 where q = 0, 3/4 where q = 1): correct no, weak transparency no, sufficient no, value no, and now at least as good as her earlier self no. The wiki sentence corrected to the characterization.
Part 6 — the exploration witness
Witness.exploringInterface: block 0 explores (expl 0 = true) with priced risk 1/20 inside the permitted set, exploration mass 1 through K = 1; every block's score realized exactly; exploringInterface_unbiased; exploring_inhabited. The package is inhabited with exploration in it; kernel.extension-exploration-realization keeps its statement with this witness.
What is not shown
That the deferral function is computable or that the process is (DeductiveProcessComputation is not built for shortfallProcess; the inductor over the union is a hypothesis). Anything about caused shortfall at the priced level: the atom is the uncontrasted shortfall. The storm and latency tables against a Lean instance of their physics. A generic-k ask-list model: the rows are at rate 1 on a three-matter pool. That Protocol.priority is hers in any physics.

Thin legitimacy, effective authority, and what the post rests on (2026-10-01)
LEGITIMACY-AT-TWO-LEVELS-THE-THICK-CONDITIONS-SATISFY-THE-THIN-SPECIFICATION-CORRECT-FROM-COHERENCE-AUTHORSHIP-AND-TRANSPARENCY-SUFFICIENT-FROM-INTEGRITY-AND-OPENNESS-VALUE-FROM-BOTH-THE-CONVERSE-REFUTED-ON-CORRECT-AND-FILED-ON-SUFFICIENT-REFLECTION-THE-TRIVIAL-BASELINE-WITHOUT-OPENNESS-PRESERVATION-IN-THE-CONDITIONAL-FORM-ALL-SIX-PREDICTIONS-SCORED-RIGHT-COVERT-BLOCKING-BREAKS-TRANSPARENCY-NOT-ITS-WEAKEST-FORM-SINCERITY-SPLITS-ROW-TWENTY-ASKING-THROUGH-THE-PROTOCOL-IS-THE-IDLE-MOVE-A-FLOOD-IS-A-CAUSED-SHORTFALL-REVOCATION-A-DEFAULT-MATTER-THE-SHORTFALL-A-GENERABLE-SECURITY-EVENTUALLY-EXCLUDED-AND-THE-POSTS-THEOREM-ONE-STATEMENT-WITH-THREE-HYPOTHESES — in a finite kernel setting with her prior, her model, the actual process and a baseline, the thin specification of legitimacy is three properties — correct (her later credence is the actual conditional), sufficient (the reference is a garbling of her later record) and their product value (best-responding to her credence beats every rule on the reference, for every finite decision problem) — and the thick conditions deliver them: coherence, authorship and transparency in its weakest form (proportional likelihoods) give correct, Integrity's used part and openness give sufficient by the composition of a reduction with a garbling, and correct with sufficient gives value by Blackwell's easy direction; the converse fails on its correct half (a wrong credence that happens to be the reference's) and is filed on its sufficient half (Blackwell's converse); reflection is the trivial baseline and uses authorship, transparency and Integrity but not openness, reaching the inherited value_iff_totalTrust; preservation is theorem 1 in the conditional form, with the pair form under Integrity, and the marginal martingale is too weak; the value loss is at most D times the transparency and authorship defects; on the eight-world model every one of the six predicted rows is right and covert blocking breaks transparency as stated and openness while satisfying the weakest form, so on the thin properties it is open blocking; sincerity makes the recommendation channel's declared input the speaker's estimate, every landed row keeps its verdict on the sincere lift, the landed row 20 is the sincere error and the lie is the added tainted row, a true statement off the estimate is tainted, and content and fact agree exactly under the sincere reference; asking through the declared protocol is the idle move with a conforming ask list — no bypass, no caused shortfall, no deviation — while volume or order chosen for the wanted answer deviates, the headline keeps its form with c the value of queue-and-wait, and paralysis is a backlog; attention and comprehension enter the cost table, the surfaces are monotone in it, a flood is a caused shortfall exactly when the agent raised the pending count, an innocent backlog is not, an obscure ask leaves the matter short; the price of a violation reads no predicted approval and the discount that would is defeated by a certain line-crossing; revocation is a default reserved matter and the atrophy fixture's crossing step is counted where the cumulative rule counted nothing; over a fixed finite control model the shortfall indicator family is emitted, its indicator variable is a generable security, and a provable shortfall is eventually excluded by provability induction; and the post's theorem is one Lean statement with three hypotheses and two conclusions, with its logical-inductor corollary from the price range alone.

Claims it registered
- thin.correct-of-thick: Coherence, authorship and transparency (weakest form) give correct
- thin.sufficient-of-integrity-openness: Integrity and openness give sufficient: a reduction beside a garbling is a garbling
- thin.value-of-correct-sufficient: Correct and sufficient give value, for every rule on the reference
- thin.value-of-thick: The thick conditions give value
- thin.converse-fails-on-correct: Value does not imply correct: a wrong credence that happens to be the reference's
- thin.reflection-inherited-value: Reflection is the trivial baseline: a correct credence satisfies the inherited Value through total trust
- thin.preservation: Conditional reflection in her model, authorship and transparency give conditional reflection in the actual process
- thin.preservation-pair: With Integrity, conditioning on her later record is conditioning on her whole record
- thin.marginal-martingale-too-weak: The altered program's expected credence is the prior and it is correct nowhere
- thin.value-loss-le-defects: The value loss is at most D times the transparency defect plus D times the authorship defect
- sincerity.rows-keep-verdicts-counted: Every counted landed row keeps its verdict on the sincere lift
- sincerity.rows-keep-verdicts-tainted: Every tainted landed row keeps its verdict on the sincere lift
- sincerity.sincere-error-counts: The landed row 20 is the sincere error: it counts, and the falsity is the content residual
- sincerity.lie-tainted: A lie through the declared channel is tainted: a transparency failure and a self-checkable deviation
- sincerity.content-fact: Updating on the content of an utterance and on the fact of it agree exactly under the sincere reference
- authority.queue-no-bypass: Queue-and-wait is no bypass
- authority.queue-no-caused-shortfall: Queue-and-wait causes no shortfall
- authority.exchange-rate-queue: The subjective exchange rate with c the value of queue-and-wait
- authority.flood-caused-shortfall: A flood shortfall is agent-caused only through the pending count it raises
- authority.comprehension-short: An ask she cannot understand within the bound leaves the matter short
- authority.approval-discount-defeated: Discounting a violation's price by predicted approval lets a certain line-crossing beat asking
- authority.revocation-default: Revocation as an entry of the allocation: on the dependency model the atrophy fixture's crossing step is the module's caused shortfall and entrenchment of the revocation entry
- post.witness-sole-authority: A sole authority goal has nothing to maximize: with the bid constant, options without recognized violation and with equal priced risk evaluate equally
- post.witness-control-maximizer: A control maximizer floods: its pick on the conforming-or-whole-pool menu is an ask-list deviation and a flood shortfall of the revocation entry on the dependency model
- post.witness-same-level: Same-level weighting lets an ordinary gain buy a recognized violation
- post.witness-learned-weight: Fixed by design against learned: for every day N ≥ 1 a penalty stream with long-run mean 2D has empirical mean 0 ≤ D at day N, so the learned weight leaves the violation undominated there, and dominated past 2N
- post.witness-hindsight: Hindsight against immediate approval: approval-time scoring reads the appearance, later-evaluation scoring the realized value, and the two rules pick different options
- shortfall.security-generable: The shortfall indicator family over a fixed finite control model is a generable security
- shortfall.eventually-excluded: A provable shortfall is eventually excluded by the forecast rule
- post.theorem: The post's theorem: three hypotheses, two conclusions
- post.theorem-li: The post's per-decision conclusion at every finite day of a logical inductor, from the price range alone
- transparent.posterior-weight-eq: Under Realizes every prior's posterior is the reference posterior
- legitimacy.payload-of-view: Under legitimacy the payload is a function of the declared inputs: V = G ∘ x
- transparent.blind-payload: No hidden steering end to end: a pair class blind to the declared inputs is blind to the payload
- kernel.extension-exploration-realization: The exploration realization's rate: unbiasedness from feedback supplies B(K) = γ Σ w
- shortfall.table-generable: Generability of a pre-decided shortfall table: the indicator family of a ⊤/⊥ table over four options is emitted
- shortfall.atom-generable: The shortfall atom family over an efficiently generated family of options is emitted
- shortfall.deferred-ahead: The shortfall atom is priced ahead of deduction: decided by the process only at its deferred stage, its day-n price tends to one along a family the process eventually proves short
- shortfall.deferred-eventually-excluded: A deferred, provable shortfall is eventually excluded by the forecast rule
- asklist.rows-keep-verdicts-counted: Every counted landed row keeps its verdict with the ask list a dimension of the presentation
- asklist.rows-keep-verdicts-tainted: Every tainted landed row keeps its verdict with the ask list a dimension of the presentation
- asklist.volume-by-want-tainted: Volume chosen for the wanted answer is tainted and a deviation
- asklist.order-by-want-tainted: Order chosen for the wanted answer is tainted and a deviation
- asklist.offprotocol-deviation-finite: An off-protocol ask list is a deviation in the landed sense: counted into n it puts the option below D − ϖ at every day
- post.flood-below-asking: The strategic flood is a recognized violation: an option whose ask list is off the protocol scores below asking
- thin.covert-blocking-correct-iff: Covert blocking leaves her correct iff silence is uninformative: her coherent credence at the always-read record is the actual conditional iff her model's likelihood of it is constant on the prior's support
