the corrigibility nucleus is landed; item 90 is split

Agent-decided under the landing dispatch, reversible. PR #100 lands T1–T3′ as the mathematical spine of wiki/Corrigibility.md: structural corrigibilization (Lean, trajectory level), the directional-mismatch bound, the compiled constraint with its pinned-interface generability certificate, Expectation Provability Induction with no calibration term, and the soft-selector uniformity over polynomial-size efficiently generated menus. The feedback theorem is a boundary statement. Item 90 is narrowed to the certificate of the soft-weighted finite-menu combination; the oracle-relativized inductor for empirical logs is item 91. Nothing is registered: item 90's remaining half is what the theorem family answers as a whole, and item 89 is an architecture question the structural theorem does not close.
